Course Overview
Accessories and jewellery have always been an ongoing dialogue between the wearer and the observer. In ancient times, it was a communication of hierarchy in society, while in today’s
the modern world, it depicts a personal statement along with an expression of self.
The consumer-driven society in today’s world is extending rapidly with the increase in wealth in many future nations and the demand for new, innovative products in all aspects of life becomes greater.
Contemporary Jewellery and Accessory design is pushing the boundaries of new creative design by radically questioning and examining the whole notion of decorative bodily adornment
and encouraging students to generate new and innovative contemporary designs.
